Natalie is an amazing trainer she provides detailed and interesting training sessions engaging the learners making the training an interesting and enjoyable experience using a variety of training aids, she always listens to the learners if they have any questions and responds with explanations. In addition, Natalie is prompt in correspondence regarding training certificates.

Natalie consistently brings a professional, positive attitude to everything she does. Her ability to build genuine rapport with people from all walks of life is exceptional, and she has a real talent for adapting her training sessions to suit different audiences.Our centre users, partners, staff, and volunteers all speak highly of Natalie. Not only does she deliver high-quality training, but she also goes above and beyond by mentoring our volunteers, giving them invaluable hands-on experience in education and training.

Natalie is a great trainer; she is thorough and makes the workshop engaging and fun to take part in. She is always very helpful and supportive of our learners.

Natalie's support has helped many individuals grow in confidence and develop new skills. Natalie is also a proactive contributor to our community. She regularly shares ideas on how we can develop and progress as a centre, and she never hesitates to step in and step up when needed. Natalie was requested to teach 8 of our senior physiotherapists the following topics; the safeguarding of adults and children, disability awareness and equality and diversity. The physiotherapists involved, including myself, were not looking forward to the course as we felt it would be a long day. Natalie was fully prepared and had an engaging teaching style. She related the issues to ourselves as physiotherapists, and taught in manner which was very informative and interesting.

The day was well structured with a good mix of information and activities accompanied by relevant handouts. We all enjoyed the session which Natalie was able to make fun as well as instructive. This was the second course Natalie had run for us having previously provided first aid training. Fantastic feedback was also given by all the participants on this course.
